Possible Herpes HSV 1 / 2 ? - herpes white on balls

I filled in my genital area skin over 1 1 / 2 months, a few days later I got a blister on my finger thats 100% clear liquid with a little white ball in the middle, I went to doctors who have said they are of the opinion dident herpes, I have tried everything, HSV 1 / 2 IgG (negative), the doctor told me it was good, now burn my lips in the areas w / very slight bulge, and my eye was hurt pretty bad, I am dedicated to fear that all these parts of my body when I have something. Someone tell me if this sounds like something, please. I do not know what to do, I'm in the army, like my doctors Arnt best. What should I do?
